Scrolling Question

When reading an email and using the side scroll my page jumps quite a bit, so i miss half the email. Is there a way to make the scrolling smoother so it actually scrolls down the page?

Not for the scroll wheel. You can look into FTouchFLO, which is more for finger scrolling.
