From there, tell us the exact PowerVision/Data pack you have. Usually the $30 pack has navigation. IMHO next time just use GPS, via Google Maps to avoid this worry in the future.

I like the TeleNav better than the Google Maps. When you log in to your account via Sprint.com, it lists on the overview page all of your phones. Under each phone, it has something called "Change Plan Add-Ons" which lists the add-ons (ex. Vision Plan) that you have on your phone, including other options that you can add to your plan (some of those you may have included somewhere in your plan, so just because they are offered to add-on, doesn't mean that you do not already have that feature). I have an old data plan "Sprint Power Vision Biz Pack" which costs me $25/month, and includes all data- TV, MUSIC, GPS, a lot of stuff that I can't even use. Only now, I can use GPS, which includes TeleNav at no additional charge. If you are paying around $25 per month for your Vision Plan, you should have TeleNav included. Sprint CS would be a nice place to check if they don't have your particular plan listed anymore.
