I really liked the rubber case BUT the holster is a piece of crap. The clasp that holds the phone open likes to catch the edge of the case and pull apart the phone...I would go with an oversized leather pouch or something.

WHAT capacity controversy? I've been using the 3200mAh battery for almost 3-4 months since I basically GOT my Mogul and it works great, I can be on the phone for up to 4 hours straight talking and go down to no more than 79% battery.

Not sure what controversy you're talking about, but would really like to know as I'm curious.

eh...forget the extended battery...i would much rather have a sleek phone that lasts me 2 days without charging....my battery is fine the way it is now...i dont use 50 million apps throughout the day...interent, text, call, maybe GPS, otherwise nothing else...

Yes. The device will fit in our car kit with the extended battery and extended case on it.
