Okay guys... I've been moved over!

I now have a 6800. And have to learn all over again I guess what is out there, what I can do, pretty much everything I was already up on the old 6700. I wasn't ready to change! LOL

first question. I haven't actually used my phone yet today. It keeps flashing (like from dark screen, to awake today screen) and the pop-up saying it's connecting to sprint (like when you open IE/internet) comes up. Then it does nothing. Goes back to sleep. But it displays IOTA for awhile instead of EV. Is my phone just being normally wierd or is it doing something else? I have no programs on here whatsoever. Nothing installed.

Sounds wierd. I don't remember mine doing that when I set it up. When I bought mine, it was on an older ROM version, after updating it, it helped. Here's the link: http://www.america.htc.com/support/m...dDeviceId=8997

Yeah.. you will have to get used to the thing turning itself on whenever it uses data. The IOTA thing usually happens once after a new ROM installation or hard reset and never again, but since you just got the service on it, you might have some quirky things like that.

Sweet. Looking forward to updating tomorrow. Then seeing what else to put on it. I am going to spend a few searching out Bluetooth on this thing, as my connection (wep500) is s****y!!! Like unreal bad. So have to see what I can do about that. So far seems to be okay I guess in other respects. Surprised me by syncing over 400 contacts in like 15 seconds and massive calendar/tasks/notes. I thought it was an error and made it sync again. Then finally picked up the phone in surprise realizing it was fully loaded. LOL
