Phone Keeps Restartin..Help!!

So I flashed my phone (Sprint Mogul) and at first it was fine..did everything as I was told...but when I downloadin Google Maps..it said that my handset doesnt appear to work wit the program or somthin like that...So thinking it was probably somethin I did while flashing I wanted 2 try another ROM but finding another one is not working out so I jus figured I stay wit DcD ROM...so after I reinstall it when it gets 2 the "tap here to start" my phone jus keeps on restarting..how do I fix this? I tried unlocking my phone which is what I think starting this whole mess..but now im stuck...please help!
