Are you trying to install a Today screen plugin?

For any CAB file, just copy it to your phone via ActiveSync or storage card. Then in file explorer, just select it and it should begin installing. If you have a storage card installed it will ask you where you want to install it.

You need to download the CAB file.

Try this one.

Unzip on PC and copy the CAB to your device.

Re: how do i install plugins on my titan?

Searching XDA and here will usually yield the desired files. Sometimes you have to do some digging on Google, but if you know how to use the search functions (search strings, operator, etc...) it makes it easier.

You can also use Google to search these sites specifically.

It shouldn't matter if you uzip on the phone or on the PC. Most times I just unzip on the PC then transfer just the CAB to the phone.
