Removing TouchFLO App from Mogul

I installed, then uninstalled this program from my Mogul, but it keeps trying to boot whenever I start up my phone. How can I completely rid this program from phone and prevent it from trying to start?

You probably need to remove the shortcut from \Windows\Startup\
