I've had the mogul since August and im on my third model. i keep having problems with it. Im supposed to be getting a new one in the mail later on this week and i was wondering what programs/software i should have or add to keep my mogul running in top shape. Also i was wondering what programs i should get to to make my mogul more managable and fun. Its amazing the way that some of you guys have your homescreens set up like that

The first thing you should do is take your new phone and get the latest Sprint ROM upgrade available here. http://www.america.htc.com/support/m...downloads.html

Then you should bookmark that site and in a few days?! download the newer update which will enable the built in GPS and REV-A.

Search for HTC Home today plug in to get a better Today screen, and HTC Home customizer will make it easier to change the look.

From there, you will need to read, search, read, search, and in no time at all you will be flashing custom ROM's and have all that cool stuff yourself.

Search for things like.... 'post your ppc6800 today screen here', or 'HTC Cube'

but search and read we don't enjoy holding hands

there are plenty of things.... memoery managers, battery tweaks. performance tweaks

There is a whole sub-forum devoted to performance and reg-edit tweaks, time to search and read!

Just out of curiosity... What happened that your now on your 3rd one?

Also look up the new iFonz ui its amazing!

Ive just had problems with screens popping up without me even doing anything to my phone and it would constantly freeze
