Mogul Pricing...

I was checking on the phones on the site, and noticed that the Sprint Mogul (for a new account) is now only 199, whereas the Touch is 249. Is this the beginning of them fading out the mogul, or a compensation for what it doesn't do, that it should.

bleh. that blows. i just bought mine in october for 400, and had to wait for several weeks to get the rebate to bring it down to 300. now it's going for 2 bills? *grumble*

I paid 350 for mine plus a 100 rebate back in November. I think that the Wow factor has been diminished due to the Touch and the iPhone BUT for those that have a Mogul I don't think that they would easily trade them for the earlier mentioned phones. I know that I wouldn't. I love the fact that they are going cheaper. I would like to have one so that I can do testing of ROMs and apps. Too cool.

Well I got two from retentions a few months ago for $199 so I guess I shouldn't feel too bad.

Mostly it's just the fact all phone costs drop dramatically over time, and at any point in time you get various discounts and rebates.
