How to do the hard reset is written in the users manual. Press the left and right soft keys and reset at the same time.

Go to Start --> Settings --> Systems then select "Clear Storage".
In the clear storage app, type in "1234" and press "Yes" softkey.
This will set your device back to FACTORY default.

When you are back to factory default setting, dial the number that will reprogram your phone, so that you can make/recieve calls.
I don't know what that number is for Sprint, but for the Verizon, it is *228.

Good luck.

A hard reset is what happened to you. It is like reinstalling Windows...it erases everything and starts your PPC from scratch. All previously entered data must now be re-synced and re-installed.
