You know what sucks?
....the OK button under the jog-wheel is not functioning on my device! It's really not that big of a deal but it IS something I got comfortable with using. It's a let-down that it went out this quick and if I don't want to pay my deductible for a refurbished device. Is it likely that a Sprint Store/Repair Center will do an in-store swap without having to go through insurance?

Ask and ye shall receive... take it in, lay down the law and see what happens. simply tell them that you refuse to pay a deductible for a button malfunction this early in your phones lifecycle... and if they insist, leave and come back another day or go to another sprint store in your area.... i had much the same experience when i took my 6700 in when the usb died on it... they gave me a new mogul out of it.

i had the same issue with my thumb wheel
mine fell off completely, all there is inside holding the wheel are three pins not thicker than a paper clip i don't use ok on the thumb wheel on the refurbed unit that often anymore
