depend on personal reference, tomtom has better routing and nicer map looking and iguidance has better voice navigator (it has voice recognition)

i use iguidance and it works great, acurate locations.

i also use telenav on a gps unit and prefer the iguidance over the telenav slightly (probably only because i use the iguidance more often)

I personally use Iguidance 4.0 and it works great with external bluetooth GPS but when I upgraded my Mogul to new software 3.16 and radio version 3.27, it seems like it does not work correctly. It takes a long time to get GPS signal and the map does not move from one place to another when I am driving. Does anybody have idea whether it can be fixed? Please advise.

I've used iguidance since 2005, but have recently tried TomTom.

I find TomTom's interface a lot more polished, and it has run a lot smoother on my 6800 than iguidance 4.0.

As others have said, it is a personal preference which is better.

Keep in mind that ANY GPS navigation software is better than none!
