Help Request: Unable to connect to VZW Data Service after 3.27 Radio Update

I had to call vzw to get my a-key, but I feel that I have messed up some settings somewhere else because I can't connect to data service. I copied down all my settings from before the update, but I think i got one or two of them wrong or something.

I wonder if the Security Settings is the problem?
I have <Directory#@vzw3g.com> for Username for the HDR AN AUTH User Id(Long) and PPP User ID and vzw for the password..

are these settings supposed to be something else?
