How can I watch videos on the mobile youtube? I keep getting error message

I am brand new to this. I downloaded the HTC .zip file and now I need to know how to instal it on my phone. Can someone please help.

after file has been downloaded...double click on the box...which is what you'll see after downloading...and then you must choose where you want it installed...either on your phone or memory card....I chose to have it installed on the memory card..but beware...should you replace the memory card...you will have to reinstall the software since the phone will not be able to find the required software on the new memory card...good luck.....this software works since I had to reinstall for youtube ...rl
