Blank Screen?
 

My Mogul has a blank screen...

It only comes back to normal when I plug the charger to it...

Any ideas?

It appears you found the solution on your own! You should have posted what you found. I also had a blank screen on my Mogul and your post led me to try plugging it in. The screen came on and I discovered an ap the previous owner installed allowed me to turn screen brightness on battery all the way down. With the charger plugged in the screen returned and I could correct the setting. I promptly removed that icon! I would love it if it didn't allow full shut off or if it gave some prompt before going to full off with simply 1 tap too many!
