activesync problem on Mogul
Hi,
I've been trying to install the new rom on Mogul, and it would not let me. ActiveSync lets me to connect, I can see the device and access its files, but ActiveSync would not synchronize. The rom program says there is no connection. I have tried two cables, both are good, but still no luck. Can it be that when I tried to uninstall ActiveSync off the phone it deleted something important? What do I do in this case? |
Try Reinstalling Activesync Into The Desktop, But It'll Require You To Reboot The Pc After Installation. Then Give It Another Go.

Since you are installing a new ROM and presumably have backed everything up already, try a hard reset on the phone.

I uninstalled it completely and installed it again. No go.

What ROM is currently on the device? If you have unlocked it to install a custom ROM, you must re-lock before you can install the new ROM.
