Easy Way to Hard Reset
 

Ok, first of all maybe a dumb question:

It seems to take me 30-40 times of timing the soft keys and the soft reset button to sucessfully Hard Reset the mogul? Am I missing something? Why is it so sensitive on the timing of the buttons?

Better yet.......Is there an easier way to do this?

settings>system>clear storage

i've never done it this way, but it says it'll clear all memory back to default manufacture's settings. you just have to enter "1234" and then prress yes

Thanks a ton, the key point.....

Release the stylus and continue to hold the soft keys. It is very difficult to hard reset w/o knowing this step.
