Text To Talk?
 

I saw this on a commercial where this guy had an LG ENVY and his text messages were coming through in a voice like the windows automated voice. But I was wondering if anyone has thought of something like this for our wonderful devices

I use MSVC and set it to announce messages in the email settings.
