What do you mean? Are you talking about connecting to sprint (#777)?

Look at XDA and chainfire's WMWifiRouter thread. There is a registry setting you need to make in order for it to connect. If you are in fact talking about it dialing #777 to connect to sprint.

It allows you to use your mogul as a wireless ad-hoc access point. Basically you can share your internet connection on your phone with another device though wifi. It works on your laptop, ipod touch and some others.

Not if you have unlimited data. Its basically the same thing as tethering using usb or bluetooth you can just do it utilizing wifi.

I think the original question is related to the fact that when you try to use another device through the ppc it prompts me for a password on my ipod when i try to connect to the ppc. I too would love some direction on this.

Weird. I installed this program the other day and I've used it with 2 laptops. No password was set and none required. If I was going to use it in public I might set one so other people can't hop on and hog my bandwidth but by default I don't think there is a password to get on the "router" that your phone is being.
