Thanks guys i had the same issue after installing MS voice commands. problem fixed after installing the new cab.

Hi all. I'm putting this up for the good of the internets. I had the same problem; voice commander stopped working after installing some app.
The fix is in the registry: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\OEM\VoiceCommand 'Path' should be set to: \Program Files\Cyberon\VoiceCommander\VoiceCommander.exe (or whatever program you want to use) Cheers, mudeth. (via BugMeNot)
