WMWifiRouter and PS3??

I just got my WMWifiRouter program to work this morning and my internet connection for my laptop is working GREAT! My brother did the same thing and is able to play XboxLive off of it. I am trying this for my PS3 and am not getting any luck. My PS3 is not picking up the signal at all. Does anybody have any suggestions on what I can do to make this work? I mean, if it works for XboxLive then I don't see why it shouldn't work on the PS3. TIA

Well, someone did advise me to try the ethernet way. (Hook up laptop to PS3 through ethernet) But is there any other thing I can do or adjust to get my PS3 to pick up the signal?

The PS3 might not be setup to look for ad-hoc signals. I don't have one so I don't know. Personally I would like to take a second to remind you that although you might have an unlimited data plan with the cellular company most policies have an implied contract that states somewhere in there that it is unlimited "within reason" meaning that your download/upload from the PS3 and xbox360 will probably quickly exceed what would be normal downloading limits for someone surfing the web from a pocketpc.
