Help plz AudioPara broke my phone =O
I recently installed the AudioPara.csv file to hopefully improve the incall volume and speaker phone and put it on my storage card, I renamed the file to AudioPara and moved it with total commander to copy to clip board and paste to windows directory then did a soft reset. Now when I made calls my volume was messed up and very low, and I have no more speaker mode any longer the button would not work. I just hard reset my phone back to stock can anyone help me? I was sure I did every step correct! My problem is with this stock phone the in call volume is very low as it is even when the volume is turned all the way up, and is awful to hear people. Any help would be great, thanks!

you saved the original right??? did you reload that? If you soft reset and let the sprint customizations run, they make it even lower.
|
No I replaced it by accident I was dumb and didn’t save the original that’s why I reset my phone back to factory so basically im back to square 1
|
I'd imagine someone could post a copy of their stock one for you to replace the altered one.
|
Yes Im hoping for the stock one, and the correct modified audiopara.csv I need to increase the volume maybe the one i had is messed up. Also did anyone get it working correctly? If so did you do the steps I did or something different?

If you downloaded the original ones from the audiopara thread and are still having problems, I'd guess something is changing the file. Outline the exact process you took to save the file from the web to replacing it on your phone.

I installed the file and it works perfectly....you did some things correctly but you shouldn't have changed the name to AudioPara....you were only supposed to shorten it to say audiopara.csv....just remove the very end that you see when you open up total commander...the part that either says coarse or fine ear and txt...i can't recall but i replaced mines with the coarse ear extended speaker and shortened it to audiopara.csv and i moved it into /windows/ and i love it:headbang:

Thanks for your reply, but where did you get the audiopara.csv file maybe the one i got was corrupt! I think the file name was something like AudioPara.csv_coarse_ear_extended_speaker.txt? I'm not sure if im doing it right...So I take the file put it on my storage card then rename it and move it into the phone windows folder replacing my current original audiopara.csv using total commander correct? Then do a soft reset andit will work?

I've attached my AudioPara file (its the fine adjustment version). Download it to your phone (storage card or another directory). Remove the .txt extension and use total commander to copy it over to your \Windows directory. You should get a prompt to confirm overwrite. Close total commander and then do a soft reset.
