XV6800 - WM5? or WM6?

I just now bought a brand new Titan and am/was very happy to step up from a Treo 700w. There is one huge issue though, does WM5 run better than the WM6 I have. I've gotta ask because either this is one f*d up operating system or this phone is one seriously unstable peice of crap. It craps out when I try to move files from the card to the phone or vice versa. It has a bad habbit of stalling out for a few minutes and last but not least the internet is way too slow even if it's WIFI. I've read about the so called memory leak but I really kinda wonder if it truely exists. My Treo had the same basic processor & ram and I never had issues if I made sure my Wisbar showed running tasks so I could make sure I kept programs closed. Please give me some opinions or knowledge.

WM5 isn't available for your phone, and WM6 that came on your phone isn't all that great. Update it. Check the upgrades sub-forum, or be patient and wait for an official kitchen.

I'm not sure if there is a way to get sampson's wm5 rom to work on VW (i think it might only be for sprint?). There are some good WM6 roms over at xda that will work with VW though. Right now i am using a rom built from dcd's kitchen, and it works great.
