Warm Battery & Battery Status

Hey,

I recently bought a HTC Mogul, when I am using the phone, it shows the battery level as 100% all the time, I fully charged over night, and then heavily used it later just to make sure, but the battery level is still on 100%. Also this morning, When at school, I noticed that the battery side of the phone is very warm to the touch. The only apps I have installed is, X Button, Upgraded the phone to the latest HTC Rom and then I upgraded the radio to 2.1(something around that).

Has anyone else experinced any issues that are similar?

I would be exchanging that phone ASAP!
