mp4 videos on the Mogul?

I have ripped almost my entire DVD collection to my iPod, about 800 movies. and would rather play these on my Mogul. Is there any way to play these mp4 movies on my Mogul WITHOUT having to convert every movie? The only solution I've been able to search for says to convert. Help, thanks.
