Spint's Contract Agreemnt
does sprints contract agreement say that we still have to pay the termenation fee if we are still under contract
|
Umm, if I am reading your question correctly, yes. If you are under contract and you cancel your line of service, there will be an early termination fee subject to your account. Otherwise there really wouldn't be a consequence for cancelling your contract would there?

i been with them for about almost three months and im on the SERO plan and i hate to leave it
|
Yeah if you are on a sero plan there is an early termination fee attached to your account. Basically it is there because you signed a 2 year contract in exchange for the discounts on your phone. In most cases, that discount is around $200 give or take. The ETF covers that discount that Sprint gave you to begin with. This is the reason that you could technically buy a phone outright, and get a plan, without a contract. Same as buying a phone outright later on down the line to save your upgrade credit eligibility.

I would like to know why you want to get out of your SERO plan too.
I've only been on SERO since Oct. I got hooked on data on Verizon, but couldn't stand their prices. I now have three Sero lines and pay half as much as I did with VZW for 3 lines With data on 1 line |
