Would we get that error if we have not unlocked our stock roms? Thats the only thing I can think of.

The .cab should install over your current comm provisions. I am currently running a custom rom but I installed custom comms over my stock rom back in the day...

Make sure your current comm manager is not running in the background when you attempt installation of these comms.

I was getting the same problem (no permission) until I tried installing the cab right after a soft reset. Doing it that way installed the cab without any problems.

It's just because my comm mngr WAS running in the background every time I tried, just like you said. Thanks

Re: New icon "skin" for 10 button CommManager

I tried to download these skins and installed the .cabs. When the installation was complete, I got the following message

"Installation was successful. The program or setting cannot be installed because it does not have sufficient permissions."

Can you please advise.
