ya its for ecare, but if anyone knows that it normally goes straight to India and those guys have no clue what they are doing. So this will keep you in touch with an American for Ecare.

They gave me a new phone, 700 in credits for 4 months of hell.. so now i dont have to pay a bill for 7 or 8 months.

just type sprint and you will see alot of others that dislike sprint CS... but at least now with this number i fixed it.

I actually just ended a call with a rep off of this number and was told they are the e-care(like when you e-mail sprint) department. Great find still, they were truly helpful=D>.
