Sprint Billing issues?
 

Anyone have problems buying their phone from sprint.com, paying for it, and then being charged for it a second time?

I called, got bounced around to bunch of people. On the final person I was so annoyed I said, just send me to the department to cancel.

They knocked off almost 100 bucks of the proration, and said to call back tomorrow so they could verify my claim of payment...

Just thought it was odd that they couldn't look up a payment made to sprints official website... Anyone else have this issue?

their billing is so fucked up its not even funny. calling *2 is worthless. your best bet is to get a direct number for extreme sprint problems so you don't have to wait...googling it may work, but i know its listed in the sero thread the slickdeals forum. check that thread that number will save you tons of time and fix your problems.

That happened to me also i called sprint exec care and they eventually gave me the phone for free. Then about a month later the payment i had originally made for the phone showed up on my account, i still wonder what exactly they were up too.
