On Demand Download

Does anyone have or know where I could obtain the download to put on demand back on my mogul? I'm using JD's custom 2.17 ROM and want to install this application. I tried running MoveLnk.sa.CAB which is in the extrom, but this didn't work. Thanks in advance for the help.

What does this app do?

If you look at the Config file in the Extended Rom it looks like it is pointing to /windows/ondemand_6800_boot.arm.cab. If the one above doesn't work, I pulled this off my phone : )
