Windows Media Player Codec???

Where can i find some codecs for my Mogul?? when i try to play a URL stream it tell me.....

Cannot play the file. The file is either corrup[ted or the player does not support the format you are trying to play.

When i enter the same URL on Windows media player 11 on my laptop it works fine.

Please help.

i get somewhat of a similar message every time i try to play something in an avi format after i transfer it to my memory card, but believe you me. i have the solution for that, and it works. in your case, is the video format you're trying to view wmv, avi, or *mpeg?

*if mpeg, then you'll need something special called TCPMP and Flash Video Bundle to support that format.

I dont think Pocket WM will play AVI files at all. AVI is just the container anyway. The codec will be DIVX, XVID, h.264 AVC or something else. Depending on the codec a given player may or may not play a file.

wpm 10 mobile won't play avi files, but i do indeed downsize the avi files on pocket divx encoder first, then use blaze media pro to convert them into wmv formats before transferring any of the videos i download to my memory card while my mogul is synced to the PC.
