Question 8GB micro SDHC - anyone tried one yet?

Appears that a Sandisk 8Gb microSDHC can be obtain for under $100. Has anyone tried one? I currently have an A-data 4Gb but recently loaded my Yahoo ToGo files onto it, and could use some more space

I typically steer clear of Sandisk memory but was thinking about taking the leap.

The A-Data is a 'class 6' device versus the 'class 4' of the Sandisk. Do you know if that will make a difference in my VX6800?

Thx.

Googled it last night and found it at DZ-Tech for $99.99: http://www.dz-tech.com/flash-memory-...FQGRPAodO2KhXw

I have not used them before though. There are a number of vendors, including DZ-Tech, selling them on ebay as well.

I read on some other threads that some people have had trouble running the 8Gb in the VX6800. Do you see the entire 8Gb? Did you have to install any updated drivers?

I got one from dz-tech as well. So far I haven't been able to get it to work. At least, not in my external readers, or when I try to copy files over to it when tethered.

I'm going ot keep trying, but it is obviously not as easy as my 2gb.
