Need help with my Mogul

I lost all my info on my phone. Contacts, settings, etc....

I am having issues with 2 things while trying to get my phone to the way it was.

KB light will not go on when sliding the kb out. if i press a key it will go on, but once I release it, light goes off.

When I have the phone charging the display is nice and bright, but once i disconnect the charger the display get Very dimm, where i can barely read with lights. I have setting, system, backlight set at bright on battery power and external power.

If I can please get help in solving these issue, I would greatly appreciate it.

did you update to the newest rom 2.17 yet?

sounds like a faulty phone to me my bestfriend had a simalar problem, take back to sprint, raise som helll and they should get you a new one
