Flashing rom- no progress

After I unlocked my Mogul, I havent been able to flash a rom to it. The Mogul goes through the bootloader, then it will stay at 0%.

This is a new device, just recieved it as a replacement yesterday.

Idk what I am doing wrong, I searched, to no avail....

This may be silly to ask... but did you read the sticky's posted at the very top of the forums? What unlocking program are you using?

sounds like you need to unlock it again, as you didn't do it the first time correctly.
