sounds effects affect ram?

Does enabling sound effects like sliding sound and typing sound affect the ram usage? I just recently switched over from the 700wx to the Mogul and have been very annoyed with the high level of ram the Mogul uses. The 700wx has the same amount of ram but is a lot more responsive and seems to be a more solid piece hardware. So now I am trying to look for ways to maximize my ram on the mogul.currently have spb mobile shell, google maps, flash player for streaming vid, tcpmp and oxios memory.

Mogul owners love to peek at their RAM all the time and fret needlessly over it.... unless you are getting 'low memory' alerts or errors, quit worrying about it and use a program like HTC Task manager to CLOSE programs, not just minimize them. I run more than you do and have never had a memory error or alert
