Remnants from uninstalled programs?

I tried searching but was perhaps using the wrong terms... How do I get rid of these errors on reset? The "cannot find", "cannot execute", etc...

Thanks in advance. I'm contemplating a hard reset and starting over with just the programs that I know I want...
