Mogul HELP!

No one at Sprint seems to be able to assist me with my issue (spent 3 hours on the phone with them over the past two days).

I've had my Mogul for about a month now. Everything has worked great until yesterday when data transfer stopped working. Anytime I try and access the internet, I just get hit with Error Code 67: Registration Failure.

I've tried everything the people at Sprint have asked me. reset data through ##data#, took the battery out, reconfigured the msid. Nothing is working.

The last gentleman I spoke with at Sprint told me that the data would be working again in 4 hours (after having me do nothing to my phone). I'm skeptical that this is actually going to work.

With that said...

Can anyone help?

Sprint may be your best chance...

From that site:

"NOTE:
Repeated entries of an invalid password during a 24-hour period will result in a 20-minute suspension of your username. A suspended username may not be used until the suspension expires, even when submitted with the correct password."

This may be why the Sprint tech told you to wait and why repeated attempts do not work.

With this in mind.

1.) I never changed my password. This started happening on its own accord. It worked previously and then one day decided to start throwing me error code 67.

2.) The phone keeps trying to dial out to #777 (sprint's data line). Is there anyway to disable it from doing this on its own? Because of this, I get error after error and it makes it impossible to do anything on the phone.

I talked with 5 different Sprint reps today, none of them could help me. I'm just at a loss right now.

If they weren't able to fix it in 3 HOURS, I'd tell them to replace it. Or take it into a store. I always have much better luck with Sprint stores.
