Connecting to pc/Uninstalling Mogul Drivers/Activesync

Alright so, the other day i plugged in my mogul to my laptop while the laptop was in "Windows Login" screen and it brought up a blue screen (almost like blue screen of death) that said something along the lines of "USB Failed" didnt really get to read it because my laptop immediately rebooted. So it reboots and now when I go to plug my mogul in I get the "triple ding" XP USB failed sound. it wont connect no matter what. just triple dings and nothing. tried rebooting both my phone and computer, my system restore is not an option as this is a new laptop (few weeks) and i didnt have the damn restore points turned on.
So I think i need to reinstall the drivers/activesync for my device. How do I uninstall/remove the RNDIS or whatever drivers? Please help meh!

Thanks PPCers

Re: Connecting to pc/Uninstalling Mogul Drivers/Activesync

Man, I want to rant about how much i hate windows at this point, but i'll try not to. lol

First, reinstall activesync (and usb drivers if they dont work with other things). Check activesync under file->connection settings, uncheck allow wireless...., then go usb to pc connection on your phone (under settings) and make sure advanced network functionality is not enabled. if it won't connect, try using the PC task manager to kill wcescomm (i think it is) and restarting activesync (i have so many problems with activesync it's ridiculous. No problems when I connect from linux, hmmmmmm).
