QMenu messes up notifications on XV6800 with certain settings

Hey,
I asked a question about QMenu messing up certain aspects of the XV6800 but never got a response. I just wanted people to know that I figured out the problem.

On the XV6800, if you go into the QMenu settings and enable "Show on all titlebars" under "Show battery on taskbar" the notification settings get messed up. When you try to open Messaging, it lags for a long time before opening and it takes a long time to send a text message or email. When you receive a text message or email, the orange status light blinks letting you know you have an unread message, but you cant view the notification to make the light stop blinking, even if you go into your inbox and read the message. This is because you did not actually clear the notification even though you have read the message.

I have disabled the "Show on all titlebars" and have not had any apparent issues since. Has anyone else experienced this? I would like to know if there is a way to fix it!

-Randy

It also disabled LED Killer which also works with notifications when that setting is enabled.

For now, I would suggest you leave that option disabled.

Do you think it's just the XV6800 or is it all PPCs running WM6? I've only used QMenu on my XV6800.

It's hard to say for certain as I've only run it on the 6800, but I would suspect it would have the same issue with other WM5/6 devices.
