!!!sos!!! Htc Mogul 6800 Titan - Stuck @ Start-up!
 

PLEASE HELP!!!!

I own an HTC MOGUL 6800 (TITAN) running WINDOWS MOBILE 6 + NEW ROM UPDATE. I soft reset and can't get by phone to boot up. It is stuck in the boot loader "HTC smart mobility" screen. I have tried the follwing:

1) soft/hard rest - no luck.
2) removed battery - no luck.
3) connected my phone to my home computer to try to "ACTIVE-SYC" with it, but my computer does recognize it.

WHAT IS THE PROBLEM...? Has my internal rom/hard rive been wiped? How can I restore it or do I need to take it back to SPRINT and have them re-format it or even replace it? I know the problem isn't with the phone , per say, just the operating system.

Your help is greatly appreciated in this matter.

hard reset

hold the two soft keys (white dot buttons above start and ok) while you poke the tip of your stylus in the little hole under the micro sd slot.

You will loose all installed programs and all new data, but it is exactly the first thing they would do at the store. besides it is usually something that you installed that helped to lock you up.

re-flash the rom. that will solve it.

Ya, I would try re-flashing the ROM. You might need to put it into bootloader yourself (Power+Camera+Reset).

Were you running any additional programs? I know the old version of the HTC Home plugin caused similar issues sometimes on my Apache.

if this is a custom rom, please make SURE it was built with the -bigstorage flag

I am having the same problem, today i customized my mogul to look and work exactly like the iphone and after installing a couple of programs if i try to soft reset it gets stuck on some screen with green red and blue bars on it and it says serial on the bottom, however i then plugged my phone to the comp and soft reset and it worked fine...what can i do to solve this problem?...any help is greatly apprieciated!
