802.11A on a Mogul

Hi Guys, with my apache i have/had no troubles accessing my 802.11A or G networks...., but with my Titan/Mogul, It only finds the 802.11B/G, and doesn't even try to search the 5Ghz range for any networks...

If any1 has any tips please let me know, i'm running the latest official rom from sprint, and I did the battery hacks

Thanks

Its my understanding the Mogul does not support 5ghz (A/N2) Wifi, only 2.4 ghz (B/G).

I personally have not yet to seen a PPC which supported 5ghz (A/N2). My 6700 did not support 5ghz (A/N2).

Where did you get your 6700? was it modified?

OOOps

Yeah I don't know what I was thinking I've had so many devices in the past, but yeah I guess you're right, that kinda sucks, cuz my dlink router DI-784 (POS, keeps freezing/locking up if i run G and A simultaneously) acted up big time tonight, and I can't run my G, too much interference and it spaz's out....

Sigh, if you want delte the thread but THANK YOU SO MUCH, (too much liquor and you forget sometimes)

No worries, at least your honest about it

I had a similiar issue with my wireless. In order to get the maximum N speeds i added another wifi switch and went N2 (5ghz).

Besides i thought, wow thats a mod i had not heard of, i got a little excited there for a minute.
