Start Menu Problem

Every now and then (4-5 times/day), the start menu on my Mogul will open everytime I turn on the screen or touch anything on the screen. I have to reset to make it stop. Sometimes, nothing will work on my screen when I click on something unless I first open the Start Menu and then close it.

Any help?
