Cannot Hear sound from Videos

Hi Everyone,

I cant hear any sound on the videos that i transfer from the mogul to my pc. I am using VLC media player because quicktime is not working. Any suggestions?

change the extension from .mp4 to .3gp and use quicktime.

Uh oh... I had that exact problem and I had to hard reset to fix it.

You could try putting the files on your computer and seeing if they have sound. If they do, maybe you could convert them to a format like .wmv, .mpg, .mp4, or .3gp

WM player can get a bit poopy (for lack of a better, appropriate word)

you have to go into folder options and uncheck the box "hide known file extensions" then you will see that the video should have an extension .mp4.
you merely change that to .3gp and quicktime will play it with sound.
