Can I restore a contact?
 

I have an HTC 6800/TITA100 and accidentally deleted one of my contacts. Is it possible to restore? Is there a software that will do it?

Humm... how frustrating. Sorry that happened to you! I don't think that you will be able to restore your contact. This information is stored in the pim.vol file in the root of your device. Have you performed a backup of some kind recently? That would be the only way to my knowledge. Maybe someone else has some ideas...

No in the 3+ years I've had this device, I've never backed it up.....

Check your Call History. If you called the contact, or they called you, the phone number would be there without their name.

do you sync w/ google exchange?? if so, odds are its still in All Contacts if you goto your gmail account directly..

i dual sync between winMO and Android, i delete contacts all the time, but they seem to stay in gmail contacts alot of the times.. i know this because sometimes they pop back up in my contact list lol
