Thumbwheel...doesn't scroll SPB Pocket Plus or HTC Home tab items

Is this normal behavior? I've got SPB PocketPlu 4 and the HTC Home plugin installed, and the thumbwheel will not scroll to/select/highlight anything in the HTC plugin, and only the first item in the PocketPlus tab I have setup.

Any thoughts?

for the htc home plugin if you have any items (email missed call or text) it will highlight it once but after that it wont again.

at least thats what i've seen

Hmmm... I wonder if that's a Verizon thing, as it's a no go on my Sprint Mogul.
