For people who have Text Messaging problems

I called sprint and had a nice lady technician walk me through this. She told me not to let my Inbox get too crowded because some text messages that are sent can be rejected as a data overload, so clearing you text messages daily is good backup the ones you want to keep. she also went in and toggled my text messaging settings, and since then its been working fine, and she said if things continue to go wrong to call back and they will open a network ticket.

Sorry but that doesn't make any sense. Even if you have 20,000 text messages on your phone, you're still only sending and receiving 1 so there wouldn't be any kind of data overload.

What types of problems were you having?

I don't believe this for a second. Your phone storage has nothing to do with the network. There is no way they can tell how many message are on your phone. If you were having double text issues, I thinik this is a Sprint issue. I also think WM occassionally is the culprit too. The way Sprint and WM "talk". This is just my theory though.
