PdaNet Boost 3G speed??

Have a sprint mogul. Got PdaNet. I notice under settings it has "Boost 3G Speed" I can not find any info on what this is? I know folks here will know. So what is it, should I use it? Thanks.

Usually it's a setting to compress the graphics of the website for faster data transfer.

Google also offers this |HERE| for use with ANY connection (cable, dsl, evdo, dial-up, etc)

If you don't mind the graphics on site not looking as nice, you can get some more speed out of your connection.

I think Google's application actually pre-loads links on the web pages you visit.
