XV6800 strange MMS issues

I am having strange MMS isues...here is how I can replicate the problem...

Start from the TODAY screen and either click on the today plug for messages, or use the start menu to choose messages, or press the button, it doesn't matter which one you choose.

Choose MMS

Choose an MMS from the INBOX and view it or compose a new one and send it

Close the message program with the "X"

Return back to the TODAY screen

Now when I try to get back into the messages, it wont go. It doesn't matter if I choose it from the today's screen, the start menu, the hardware button, nothing...it just sits there and goes nowhere. I usually have to soft boot or go to contacts and try to send a message from there, but even that doesn't sometimes correct it.

Anyone experience this? It only does it with MMS's...txt is fine.
