custom roms/kitchen update? please

its been nearly a month since i have heard any information about new roms, i realize 2.17 just came out, and was just wondering where progression is on any new custom roms or better yet a kitchen cause i know a kitchen is currently being worked on. if i have a while to wait for these options im just gonna get dog guys kitchen and work with that.

working kitches are out there.. check dogguys thread. The ppcgeeks one i believe is still in the works, but if yer in a hurry there are a number of options to rolling yer own.

Skip over to the chat sesssions. Those making/using kitchens are there a LOT and willing to offer help/sugguestions.

well i knew that dogguys kitchen has been around but i had heard rumor that a nice fancy gui kitchen was in dev, since this is my first ppc i have never had the chance to mess with something like an apache kitchen, but im slowly understanding what my mogul likes and dislikes, figured it would be easier to start with a gui but im already working with dogguys kitchen a bit... lets see what i can break

the "fancy kitchen" will make it a bit more useable for the masses, but its lag is cause well, if we make it more useable for the masses it means we have to embed a lot of testing cross testing afore it can be "signed off on"....

So.. if ya want to proceed now, by all means do but the "signed off" one that is "simpler and easier" needs a lot of testing feedback etc.

Indeed, if you're testing and finding incompatibilities, you will help us all a lot to come share yer experiences.
