How to get prl 60611

Any alternative to updating my prl other than calling sprint?

I called sprint the a few times already with no success.
Had a few calls leading nowhere and being pessimistic is the only to soften the Customer service beatings that sprint tend to dish out.

The first asked my my number and said hmm and it disconnected.
The second said to simply dial *2 again and it will automatically update. Failed.
The third told me to call technical support @ 866 211 4727. I called and it is an old out of service number which redirects you to another number.
The fourth....dialed *2 again and asked for technical support. On hold for 13 minutes as I type this.

Yeah, I doubt that I will get results on this call too.

Anyone have an ideas what the difference is between 60610 and 60611?

The easiest way to do it is log into your account and send an email (through the "contact us" link) and ask that your phone be flagged for the update. In about an hour you should get an email telling you to call #2 to update the phone. - sheureka

Well Corolada hasn't posted it yet so I'll just go ahead and upload it here. Unzip this and put the .prl file on your mogul. You can then load it with ##PRL# but will need to know your MSL code.

Enjoy.

I was wondering about the point of a prl file if there was no mechanism to load it. Thanks for the info!
